In order to be able to render a rdlc report at server Runtime you need to install this Redistribuible package.
There are different version:
Microsoft Report Viewer 2012 Runtime – BETA
Microsoft Report Viewer 2010 Redistributable Package
Microsoft Report Viewer Redistributable 2008
